I came up with this recipe the other day-it was really good. I like different grain pasta with these type of  “sauces” and here the roasted vegetables really compliment the spelt pasta. Here’s a dish that is very simple but also very satisfying. I like to leave the broccoli a little crisp, but if you like it cooked through go ahead.
